WHAT TO KNOW

RESERVATIONS ARE ENCOURAGED, BUT NOT REQUIRED

reservations booked between 5-7pm do not require a credit card or fee.

If you’re not that into making reservations, feel free to stop by at any time and hang out in our Bar Area where we offer open seating, no reservations required. If there’s an open table in the main room where we offer tableside beverage service, we’ll set you up well. If you can plan ahead and would like to be guaranteed a table, please proceed to make your reservation. Live music starts at 8pm.

  • Reservations booked between 5pm-7pm are free - there is no reservation fee or credit card required.

    Reservations booked for times after 7pm, which overlaps with our band performance times, requires a per-person fee.

    These reservation fees are distributed 100% to the outstanding musicians performing at the Dawn Club.

    It also helps to minimize the modern day scourge of flippant no-shows, same day cancellations and multiple bookings by the same individual (yes, Judy, we see you), for the same time, at multiple venues. Seriously, people do this, and stiffing is not ok. What is ok, is supporting our talented local musicians and barkeepers.

    Our bands typically perform after 8pm. The reservation fee guarantees your table, with excellent tableside service, and you will have an unobstructed view of the stage and the performance. The reservation fee is not a “ticket” to see a performance.

    We do not have a beverage minimum requirement.

  • Reservation fees are charged immediately upon booking and require no additional authorization or confirmation. All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy which you can review at the bottom right of this page. Reservations can be cancelled with an automatic refund up until 24 Hours prior to the Reservation Start Time.

  • Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. The calendar is a rolling 30-day window and releases each day at noon.

    When making a reservation you will have a choice to book either for 1.5 hours or 2 hours. Your reservation begins from the selected reservation time, not from your actual arrival time. We do not permit back-to-back reservations. After two hours of fine beverage, it should be time to move along anyway.

    Unfortunately, due to limited space and high demand, we cannot guarantee late arrivals an extension of time. A 10 minute grace period is allowed before your guaranteed reservation timeslot is made available to eager folks on our waitlist.

    You’ll recognize them as you arrive, standing across Annie Plaza with their backs to the Palace Hotel, their eyes fixed on you, hoping beyond hope itself, that you’ll be 11 minutes late. Don’t let them distract you.

  • We do not offer any food. We encourage all guests to visit one of the amazing neighboring restaurants before or after your visit. Non-alcoholic cocktail options are always available.

  • Live music starts at 8pm, every night.

  • To change the date, time, or cancel your current reservation, please select the cancel link in your reservation’s email confirmation you received. To re-book, you would have to make a new reservation on the desired date and time. Our guest service team cannot modify or cancel reservations. This ensures that only you are the keeper of your reservation and no mistakes will be made.

  • The Dawn Club’s seating capacity is limited and each table can only accommodate a specific group size. Because of this, adding guests to a reservation does have its limitations. We only take parties of up to 6 guests at our largest table. You are welcome to  text message our host team to see if we have additional availability. We will always do our best to accommodate your party.

  • We offer one type of reservable seating at tables in the Main Room, with unobstructed views of the stage. All reserved guests will be treated to fine tableside drink service. Tables can accommodate parties of 2 to 6. A reservation guarantees a table for your selected number of guests.

    Our reservation system is designed to automatically assign a table based on availability and your party size. If you have a specific seating request, please let us know.

    There is also a bar area at the Dawn Club. These seats are typically not reservable, and are retained for “walk-in” guests, wait-listed guests, guests who were not able to secure a table reservation, procrastinators, and for our dearest friends & family. Self described influencers need not apply.

  • All guests will be asked to provide valid identification for entry to the Dawn Club. Paper IDs and photos of IDs are not approved by the ABC. Failure to show a valid ID would result in denied entry, loss of the pre-paid reservation fee and major disappointment. Infants and accompanied minors are not permitted.

You may cancel your reservation and receive a refund of your pre-paid reservation fee minus the non-refundable booking fee up to 24 hours prior to your reservation arrival time.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation time, same-day reservation date, time changes, and no-shows are 100% non-refundable.
